Removal of existing kerbs and footways and replacement with new improved tactile crossings for the disabled. Removal of existing and installation of new traffic signal equipment and associated controller. Full depth reconstruction of existing carriageway in high stone content hot rolled asphalt using pre-coated chippings. Necessary utility diversions.
