Workshops and Car park at Swinton Lock Adventure Centre.

Refurbishment of exisiting workshops to provide heated workshop accommodation along with the full reconstruction of existing loading bays to provide two additional workshops. Redevelopment of brown field site to form new car parking area to service the Adventure Centre. The car park featured a SUDS drainage system to facilitate the dispersal of surface water run off. Project value £100,000.
