SUMMARY

Novated design & build package of new fast food retail unit for Pizza Hut on Junction One Retail Park, Beeston, Leeds. Unit comprised portal frame curved roof main section with flat roof to accommodate kitchen extract and other restaurant plant. Elevations completed in brickwork with feature bands of polished lignicite stone and treated cedar panels to the high levels. Externally, all areas completed in either concrete block paving or SMA tarmacadam with footpaths finished in concrete flags and soft landscaping undertaken to local authority approval. Unit fitted with aluminium glazed curtain walling , automatic entrance doors and steel fire escape doors for maximum security.
