An exclusive development of 20 contemporary apartments constructed to a high specification and situated around a private courtyard. The poor accessibility of the site necessitated the construction of the units being carefully phased. Our engineers design allowed the temporary bridging of the ground floor flats to allow works to the first & second floors to continue without major disruption to the construction programme. The contract period for this £1.2 million project was 12 months.
