Metro Retail Park.

Demolition of existing showroom and construction of new 10,000 sq ft retail unit for a national furniture supplier. Works included ground stabilisation through the placing of 130 flight augered piles, reinforced ground beam and a reinforced suspended floor slab. Car parking and landscaping completed the £500,000 project within a 6 month timescale.
