Turnkey development of 10 apartments. From concept to completion this development allowed our client to realise the full potential of this site. The project entailed the full decommissioning and demolition of the existing filling station site, including a full remediation study and design/build details to attain local authority planning approval. This £640,000 contract was carried out within 11 months.
