SUMMARY

Pyramid and Isis, Ouseacres.

This Design Build project involved the construction of 12 industrial units along with 4 office units in 7 months. A quintessential element of the design was the inclusion of a sustainable urban drainage system and the installation of a dual macerator pump station for disposal of foul waste. The portal framed units all incorporate curved roofs to compliment the mixed nature of the environs. The offices feature aluminium glazed curtain walling highlighting the state of the art appearance of this highly specified accommodation. Project value £1,600,000.
