Full design build construction of 6 starter warehouse/workshop units. Portal framed plastisol clad buildings with dado masonry internally & externally to 2.400m. All units constructed with 3 Phase electric supply and reinforced concrete aprons externally. All floor slabs designed to withstand imposed load of 30Kn/m2 in order to accommodate a broad spectrum of end usage and possible installation of proprietary mezzanine floors.
