Head Office and Warehouse Unit.

A Design Build Project providing 3,000 sq ft modern office accommodation and 10,000 sq ft of warehousing, taking into account the extremely poor ground conditions prevailing on site. A short tender period and construction phase program was necessary to enable our client to relocate within his required timescale. This £650,000 project was completed within 6 months.
