Travis Perkins unit.

Construction of a new leasehold premises for builders merchant Travis Perkins. Mass filled concrete foundations were designed to accommodate the filled ground which prevailed over the entire estate. Externally, strict level tolerances required by the end user necessitated the careful casting of the concrete deck to falls no greater than 1:100. These tolerances were achieved by using traditional trapped gullies in lieu of the linear drainage originally advocated. The project also encompassed the completion of all footpaths and the installation of street lighting and utilities as part of the overall scheme. Project value £690,000.
