SUMMARY

Steel framed building with block walls horizontally overclad. Foundations included additional reinforcing for inspection pits and lift base. The building contains vehicle inspection bays and workshop areas on the ground floor with office and staff acccommodation on the first floor. The project included provision of specialist security doors and windows, and external security lighting. A combination block paved and tarmac car park completed the job externally. Six months build time for this £500,000 project.
