Warehouse units purpose built throughout the North of England for the end user, a major national joinery distributor. Providing up to 16,000 sq ft of space, all the units were fast track projects with short timescales for completion. Works at the Blyth unit included demolition of existing buildings and site clearance prior to build commencing. For the same client and end user a substantial programme of refurbishment and floor strengthening was carried out in Ripon, where a specialist mini piling scheme was necessary due to height restrictions. The total value of works carried out within 12 months was £1.6m.
