Construction of 2 new warehouses used for chemical storage. The floor within warehouse 1 was flood poured using laser screed method in order to meet strict tolerances required for high bay racking. Warehouse 2 was built using concrete wall panels to house loose raw materials and the floor slab was designed and cast in Microsilica concrete to withstand sulphate attack. Project value £650,000.
