SUMMARY

Turners Garage, Barlby.

Phased works incorporated the construction of a new access road and formation of a large holding compound to the rear of the existing premises. A safe working area was established for the Garage operations to continue whilst the existing building was demolished in two phases and construction of larger units in replacement was carried out. New reception and customer areas were established with purpose built office accommodation over. This £340,000 Design Build project was completed in eight months.
