Phased extensions to existing manufacturing facilities.

A swift growth in our client's production required a 2 phase development to accommodate increased manufacturing capacity. To enable an early completion of both phases the floors were flood poured and finished using laser screed method. The total value of this 2 phase design build project was £750,000.
