SUMMARY

Refurbishment and subdivision of old 'Pringle' factory to provide 6 starter units. Original curved roofs were refurbished by specialist sub contractors in order to retain the character of the building. Work was scheduled to accommodate occupation of the main unit by a national joinery distributor. Project value £480,000.
