Refurbishment of Ramsden House

Town centre six storey office block subject to an intensive refurbishment programme. Complete re-cladding to two elevations externally, with comprehensive redecoration internally to complete the project. All works were carried out with minimum disruption to the normal operation of the offices, whilst the building was fully occupied. This £375,000 project was completed in four months.
