SUMMARY
Complete strip out and refurbishment of existing working mans club in Hessle. The existing sprung dance floor was taken up and replaced with an insulated load-bearing floor. The false ceiling was removed to reveal a vaulted ceiling with roof ventilating lanterns and the entire building was replastered and decorated. New security and fire/smoke detection systems were installed throughout. A complete visual & audio system was incorporated & linked in conjunction with lighting systems and air conditioning. Computer software allows remote access from a laptop enabling full control of the new facilities. New bespoke reflective etched glass bar, back bar and serving stations, built-in to enhance the required contemporary feel, with new ladies & gents toilets finished in a similar design. The hardwood strip flooring fitted throughout was complemented by new fixed seating booths and a raised dining area surrounded by feature stainless steel handrail/balustrade. Full refurbishment completed within 14No weeks.
