This 12 month project involved obtaining planning permission for the scheme and construction of the development to ensure the properties remained in keeping with the old village style.

Traditional construction of all the properties and a feature glazed entrance panel to the flats, together with the external works and landscaping works completed the £700,000 contract sum.
